Arms Acres Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Case Manager to become a vital member of our clinical team within our outpatient facility. We are a licensed organization committed to providing exceptional care for individuals battling addiction to substances.
As a Case Manager, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver thorough psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic services to clients in an outpatient environment. Your role will encompass providing both process-oriented and educational group counseling, along with individual, family, or crisis intervention for your assigned caseload.
Qualifications:
Case Manager I: Requires an Associate's Degree in Chemical Dependency or a related discipline, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification is mandatory, and CPR Certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
Case Manager II: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, accompanied by one year of pertinent experience. CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP) certification per OASAS 800 Regulations is necessary, and CPR Certification must be secured within six months of employment.
Case Manager III: Requires a Master's Degree in a relevant field, along with a current LMHC or LMSW designation and one year of experience. CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP) certification per OASAS 800 Regulations is essential, and CPR Certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
