Job Summary

Forestdale Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Treatment Rehabilitation Case Planner Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Family Support Services team, you will be responsible for supervising a unit of case planners and case aides, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Guidance: Supervise a unit of case planners and case aides, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting the needs of families and adhering to program standards.
  • Case Planning and Management: Collaborate with case planners to develop and implement comprehensive case plans that address the unique needs of each family, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Program Compliance: Ensure that all case planners and case aides are meeting program requirements and adhering to regulatory standards, including ACS and OCFS regulations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to support the growth and development of your team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, community partners, and other Forestdale Inc. staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a social services setting, with a strong background in case planning and management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
  • Language: Bi-lingual ability preferred.
