Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Associate to join our team at Isaak Bond Investments, Inc. in Lakewood, CO. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in human resources, compliance, and payroll processing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with human resources, payroll processing, compliance, and other projects
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Schedule appointments with potential and existing clients
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields preferred
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
