Job Opportunity

Front Range Financial is seeking a highly skilled Office Assistant to support our team in our Centennial office. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience working in an office environment, providing exceptional support to multiple levels of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and maintaining furniture, letterhead, and other necessary items.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and attendee satisfaction.
  • Supervise and delegate work to administrative staff as needed, creating a system for efficient file management and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, respond to correspondence, and provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
  • Three years of previous office experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products and experience with CRM software.
