Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing inbound customer and vendor activity, maintaining office supplies, and assisting Sales Coordinators and the Lead Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sample distribution for prospects and clients
- Send out sample requests
- Organize and maintain sample inventory
- Order samples when needed
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the sales team
Requirements
- Basic understanding of the supply chain process and familiarity with suppliers and OEMs
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and excellent written and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, skilled at multitasking, and an excellent problem solver
- Passion for team environments and building robust relationships across the organization
- Self-starter and a willingness to learn
