We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Gilman & CO Cpa's LLC. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including responding to complaints and questions, implementing office standards, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including responding to inquiries and implementing office standards.
  • Schedule appointments and company trips, and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Order office equipment and supplies, and manage inventory.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand through community events and digital mediums.
  • Assist with employee development programs, including training and coaching.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs, and ability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and in an orderly manner.
  • Customer service experience in our industry preferred.

Compensation: $45,000
