Account Executive

ClarkDietrich is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team in Miami. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire order process from point of purchase through shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales manager to meet or exceed company metrics, including total margin dollars, total volume by major product category and region, and daily CWT by product group.
  • Prospect dormant accounts and new locations, and engage with customers through CRM.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, and organize and manage the production cycle from order entry to shipment.
  • Communicate with all facets of the team, including Territory Managers, Sales Manager, Operations, Traffic, and Credit.
  • Work with the Traffic Department to manage customer shipments, including routing and stops.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong interest in continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work with offsite locations to resolve problems.
