Senior Account Executive

Orange Barrel Media is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our esteemed advertising partners, crafting strategic advertising proposals, and closing deals that propel the growth of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and prospect new clients to identify targeted marketing opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize the number of sales calls and meetings
  • Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys to meet client needs
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers
  • Collaborate with our creative department and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to optimize a win-win result
  • Manage, maintain, and grow our current client base to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain excellent external and internal relationships to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in OOH, digital, or broadcast media is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and translate client needs into a viable media plan
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to quickly assess unfamiliar or unexpected situations and offer creative solutions
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments with strong organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
