Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive role at WM is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding business relationships with existing and new customers. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and close sales opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals
  • Develop and implement sound selling strategies to ensure revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage existing business relationships to achieve budgeted sales and price goals
  • Resolve customer service escalations within the defined territory
  • Maintain and grow billable value in assigned accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, cold calling, and phone-based prospecting
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and initiate action
  • Proficient with computer and software applications
Work Environment

This role primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment.
