Sunday - Thursday 12pm to 9pm, including a 1-hour lunch break daily

As a Technical Field Specialist, you will provide vital and innovative technology that enhances everyday life while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

In this entry-level position, we will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you can operate effectively in the field.

Under guidance, your daily responsibilities will involve direct customer interactions as you install and maintain services, educating clients on the proper use of their Spectrum Services equipment.

You will handle various tasks including installations, disconnections, downgrades, and upgrades for residential clients, all while delivering exceptional customer service. The Technical Field Specialist will also receive training to perform reconnects.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPECTRUM SERVICES
Required Qualifications

Education:
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills:
A problem solver with technical aptitude, capable of using computer and software applications. Proficient in measuring distances with measuring tape and handling hand tools.

Skills:
Strong communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, and reliability.

Abilities:
Ability to interpret analytics from tools such as meters and handheld devices. Troubleshooting skills. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to traverse various terrains in all weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment. Capable of safely using weight-bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs).

Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet. Experience working in confined spaces and at heights.

Safely operate and navigate a company vehicle in constantly changing environments. Ability to work with small components and wires. Willingness to work outdoors for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.

A valid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving record according to company standards is required. Willingness to travel (including during inclement weather) to assigned territories and company facilities.

The pay for this position ranges from $20.00 to $25.25. The actual salary offer will take into account various factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible for bonuses.
