Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment
  • Manage proprietary software changes and introduce new technologies
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with desktop and support systems
  • Reimage computers, assist with password issues, and provide screen shares
  • Support the Technology Service Center management by collecting, analyzing, and recording technical data
  • Leverage a ticketing system to manage workflow
  • Work with vendors to track service agreements and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • 2 years of Level 1 Help Desk experience
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers, networks, systems, and the Internet
  • Ability to travel locally to corporate and district offices
