Job DescriptionOur client in Pennsylvania is seeking a Power Conversion Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement power conversion systems for various applications.

- Analyze and optimize power conversion performance and efficiency.

- Develop and test prototypes to ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve power conversion technical issues.

- Research and implement new technologies within this field.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

- Present and prepare reports on projects, system performance, and technical issues.

- Monitor product performance and technical issues in manufacturing and in the field.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing and working with power conversion systems.

- Strong understanding of power electronic components and systems.

- Proficient in simulation tools and hardware testing.

- Ability to perform project management duties.
