Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
At Brilliance Cyber Systems INC, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems. You will also be responsible for investigating and resolving computer software and hardware problems of users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems
Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware problems of users
Serve as a contact for users having problems using computer software, hardware, and operating systems and escalate as necessary
Determine whether problem is caused by hardware, software, or system
Answer questions applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, systems, and procedures

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software
Experience with call tracking and ticketing software
Provides user training documentation and manuals
Managing and assigning support issues
4-year college degree in field of specialty or equivalent experience
