Position Overview:

The Senior Marketing and Communications Executive will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of the institution's College of Osteopathic Medicine. This role involves the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aimed at promoting the college's mission and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement integrated marketing and communication plans to effectively showcase the College of Osteopathic Medicine's offerings.
  • Oversee public relations and marketing activities, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Manage a team to execute projects involving various stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop engaging content for multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media, to highlight the college's achievements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with media representatives to facilitate positive coverage.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels to strengthen the college's brand identity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support community engagement and outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Design and produce promotional materials for events and initiatives, enhancing community presence.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing activities and outcomes for leadership review.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with at least two years in a leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies in a complex organizational environment.
