Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our marketing, public relations, and communications efforts. This role is pivotal in enhancing the visibility and reputation of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote our mission and initiatives.
  • Oversee all marketing, public relations, and communication activities across various programs.
  • Manage and guide team projects, ensuring collaboration among multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across diverse platforms.
  • Craft compelling articles and engage with media outlets to highlight our institution's positive contributions.
  • Direct media relations, including proactive outreach and relationship building with journalists.
  • Ensure consistent messaging to enhance our visibility and public perception.
  • Collaborate with integrated marketing teams to align with branding standards and policies.
  • Produce and review content for various publications, advertisements, and digital platforms.
  • Gather and analyze data to create informative newsletters for our community.
  • Focus on public relations strategies to increase engagement and support for our programs.
  • Assist in the promotion of events and initiatives through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Manage website content and ensure timely updates and maintenance.
  • Conduct research and interviews to generate content for external audiences.
  • Develop marketing plans to attract new clients and enhance service offerings.
  • Coordinate promotional materials and participate in relevant conferences.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide updates to leadership.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing marketing and communication efforts.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of five years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or public relations is required, including at least two years in a leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a proven ability to develop and implement successful strategies in a complex organizational environment.

Additional Information:

This position may require occasional after-hours commitments. A thorough understanding of digital marketing tools, content management systems, and social media platforms is necessary.
