About the Location

Our modern, urban retreat in Baltimore's Harbor East offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience. With its stunning waterfront views, upscale amenities, and prime location, our hotel is the perfect destination for business travelers, couples, and families alike.

As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Functions
  1. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately, using a variety of computer systems to manage room assignments and billing.
  2. Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a balanced bank and reconcile all transactions at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors, providing support and assistance as needed.
Knowledge and Skills

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
