Position Overview:
The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for providing a warm welcome to our guests upon arrival and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. This includes handling inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet guests and facilitate the check-in process, ensuring a smooth transition to their accommodations.
  • Assist with guest departures, ensuring all accounts are settled accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with established protocols.
  • Respond to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone, providing detailed information about our services and offerings.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local events and activities to assist guests with their inquiries.
  • Operate communication systems to manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring timely responses to guest requests.
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times, fostering a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle customer service challenges with tact and understanding.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires standing for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Work Environment:
Work is primarily conducted indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
