Job Summary

As a Guest Services Coordinator at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

* Assist guests with valet and bell services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of their vehicles and luggage.
* Coordinate with bell, door, and valet attendants to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

* High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Basic knowledge of the San Diego area, including directions to local attractions and restaurants.
