About the Team:

Our team is dedicated to building innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. As a Director of Enterprise Platforms Technology, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment that values technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. You will work closely with our TPM Directors to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive large-scale enterprise initiatives in the DevOps space with a focus on automation
- Influence leaders and cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and architects
- Support programs that require deep involvement with mobile and web CI/CD pipelines, test automation, release automation, platform instrumentation, and how all of those components work together to support a world-class developer experience
- Collaborate with our TPM Directors to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice

Requirements:

- At least 7 years of experience in technical program management
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills
- A quantitative approach to problem-solving and a collaborative implementer to holistic solutions; a systems thinker
- Experience as a TPM leader to grow and develop a team of TPMs, while also building the foundations for the TPM practice
- Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives
- Deep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration; able to work across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to get the job done
- Highly tuned emotional intelligence, good listener, and deep-seated empathy for teams and partners

- Competitive salary range: $233,100 - $281,800
