Customer Service COD Coordinator Job Description

Berger Transfer & Storage, Inc is a leading provider of relocation, distribution, and warehousing services. With over 100 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for individuals and businesses alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate origin agent moves and work with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule and monitor shipments.
  • Manage inbound shipments and collaborate with agents, customers, and the Berger team to schedule deliveries.
  • Provide accurate information and service to internal and external customers, working in conjunction with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service Coordinators.
  • Monitor and track pending and will-advise orders, including entering information about scheduling, cancellations, and inactive orders.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
