Standard working hours are from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately manage and fulfill incoming orders while ensuring effective customer follow-up.
- Process products for e-commerce fulfillment.
- Address and reconcile shipping and delivery delays.
- Perform numerical data computation and recording.
- Verify the accuracy of business transactions.
- Conduct data entry and various administrative tasks.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience in retail inventory or stock control, which is advantageous.
- Undergo a full background check.
- Familiarity with Mac computers, Office, and Google Suite is preferred.
- Experience with jewelry products is not mandatory.
