Job Summary

At Consider Posh Pro, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents and reports, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for staff members
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, both internal and external
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
