Job Overview

As a Project Manager for Technical Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of service projects within the Energy & Infrastructure Solutions sector. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of client services and the resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for client service projects and agreements.
  • Oversee the management of open service requests, coordinating with various teams to address client concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through effective communication, adherence to contracts, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project teams, including internal resources and external suppliers, to achieve project goals.
  • Provide regular updates on project performance and client relationship matters to management.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to meet project objectives.
  • Identify and recommend improvements for service management and product development to foster business growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of project communications and activities in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Design innovative technical solutions to address client challenges.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for potential service orders.
  • Formulate pricing strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals to select the most effective technical and economic solutions.
  • Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Contribute to meeting client and business commitments through individual efforts.
  • Collect and analyze fleet data for management reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, engineering, or technical leadership in a relevant environment.
  • Proven ability to build successful relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in project management, particularly with large contracts.
  • Experience in systems or application engineering.
  • Background in client-facing roles, sales, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and project management software.
