Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Sage IT Inc. as a Senior Technical Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with business teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Proactively monitor developments to enhance business processes and gather requirements for project enhancements.
  3. Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation for project deliverables, including functional specification documents and technical specification documents.
  4. User Acceptance Testing: Conduct UAT sessions with business stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  5. JIRA Ticket Management: Create and manage JIRA tickets, including epics, user stories, and defects, and ensure timely updates based on sprint and release cycles.
  6. Business Process Diagrams: Create business process diagrams, technical diagrams, technical designs, and architectural landscapes to support business process enhancements.
  7. Test Scenarios and Cases: Develop business test scenarios and test cases, and conduct QA validation for different projects and assignments.
  8. ERP Functions and Integrations: Understand ERP functions and respective integrations, as well as ecommerce and wholesale business segments and platforms.
  9. Warehouse and Inventory Management: Have a basic understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
  10. Future Roadmaps: Design and prioritize future roadmaps based on business demands and needs.
  11. Team Support: Assist the team in setting up new stores, including POS device setup, software, and hardware assistance.
  12. Service Catalogue Management: Maintain the IT and business service catalogue for Beyond Yoga, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
