About the Role

Noblis is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing technical projects and working with our government partners to deliver innovative solutions to complex national security and intelligence challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review project performance to ensure technical, programmatic, and financial goals are met
  • Utilize project management tools such as Teams, JIRA, and Confluence to track project information and manage knowledge
  • Organize and direct project planning and production activities
  • Interface with project teams to scope projects and maintain tasks and milestones on schedule and within budget
  • Manage project resources to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers
  • Collaborate with colleagues and government partners to establish clear project goals and objectives
  • Present project updates and results to clients on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects to objectives and completion
  • Active Top-Secret SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph

  • Experience leveraging Agile practices to manage multiple technical projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing project management support to federal government clients
  • Experience working with technical teams of software developers, data scientists, and engineers
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Desire to develop a high-level understanding of technical project domains
