About the Role

CNN is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Account Executive to join its Podcast Ad Sales team. As a key member of the Revenue and Partnerships team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with podcast advertisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales pipeline and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and build relationships with brand direct clients to secure podcast ad sales.
  • Handle inbound leads and sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in podcast account management and/or audio ad sales.
  • Strong passion for news, sales, and podcasts.
  • Team player with a hunter mentality and proven ability to generate new business.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Desire to grow and develop a career in audio ad sales.
