Account Manager

The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for Shamrock Foods Company. This role involves representing the company's products and services to various business establishments, including restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new business opportunities and build a territory to expand the customer base.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and grow the share of their business.
- Support customer success through menu engineering, food cost analysis, and market intelligence sharing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and comparisons, and facilitate capabilities demonstrations.
- Build multi-level relationships with clients and keep accounts current.
- Leverage technology to improve customer efficiency and drive customer experience enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing training to develop skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related fields.
- Previous successful sales experience a plus.
- Current driver's license.
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technology skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
Commission-based compensation, based on achievement of performance goals.
