Strategic Account Business Partner

Job Summary:
The Strategic Account Business Partner will play a critical role in securing renewals and driving upsell opportunities for our key accounts. This individual will work closely with the Account Executive and Customer Success Manager to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, ensuring revenue renewal, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales teams to prioritize sales opportunities and remove roadblocks to execute with precision and secure revenue.
- Complete expansion and new business transactions, as well as proactive renewal management, including administrative tasks such as obtaining Purchase Orders, quoting, and order creation and submission.
- Review and recommend contract terms, assist customers in navigating the Master Services Agreement (MSA) process, and coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure contract and invoice alignment to sales orders.
- Research and find data to support individual and comprehensive selling activities, and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency.
- Operate as the primary field and inside support resource, providing task offloading as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience, or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Travel Requirements:
As a remote and hybrid-friendly company, we believe in the importance of in-person connection and collaboration. Recurring travel to our headquarters may be required, depending on the role and team member location.
