  • Deliver service and customer assistance during on-site visits or dispatches.

Qualifications: To perform this role effectively, an individual must meet the following qualifications:

Education/Experience: Technical degree or certification. Proven experience in field service. Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and communicating effectively.

Mathematical Skills: Proficient in basic arithmetic operations and able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.

Reasoning Skills: Applies common sense to carry out instructions in various formats. Effectively handles problems involving multiple variables.

Computer Skills: Knowledge of web-related technologies is essential.

Certificates and Licenses: Relevant certifications such as Lenel, OnGuard, AMAG Symmetry, Milestone, Avigilon are preferred.
