Position Overview:
ERS Antenna is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to deliver exceptional support services to our clients. The successful candidate will possess expertise in large positioners, radar systems, or similar mechatronic equipment. Familiarity with electromechanical devices and microwave communication technology is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
The Field Service Engineer will operate autonomously and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills. Responsibilities encompass calibrating equipment, performing repairs, and nurturing customer relationships. Excellent communication and troubleshooting capabilities are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Skills:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Experience with computer hardware, software, and alignment tools is beneficial.

Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency with servo motors and control systems.
- Knowledge of antennas and antenna measurement techniques.
