Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator III to join our team at Clearwater Paper. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting in the implementation of our corporate training program. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in the implementation of our corporate training program, ensuring that all training is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate training system data, including UKG Learning, to ensure that all training records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Maintain and update online training systems and records, ensuring that all training materials are current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor training results for information and cost, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Conduct surveys for feedback on program effectiveness, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and satisfied with the training program.
  • Schedule and coordinate training for new hires, job bids, and advancements, ensuring that all training is delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure safety and OJT training records are completed in a timely manner, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Follow site training policy, ensuring that all training is delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure completion and effectiveness of department on-boarding process, ensuring that all new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Track training for employees, including SCBA, Fit Tests, and Mobile Equipment, ensuring that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years training and development experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and willing to learn PI, Parcview, DeltaV, JDE, TkPro, and Process Map.
  • Conducting training needs assessments.
  • Designing and developing training material.
  • Course delivery presentation skills.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Learning management system (LMS) experience preferred.
  • Organizational skills and time management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Work Environment

This position is located in Lewiston, Idaho, and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a variety of settings, including the mill and office.
