About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Outpatient Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our Outpatient Services' Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) staff.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, and a license to practice independently in their field. They will also have at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision to QMHP and QMHA staff
  • Develop and implement administrative and clinical supervision practices that promote staff development and resilience
  • Ensure that all staff receive training and regular performance evaluations
  • Manage clinic activities, including coordination with referring partners, delegating work assignments, and coordinating clinic schedules
  • Apply and capture meaningful metrics to measure the Outpatient Program's progress towards stated goals and report outcomes on a regular basis
