{"Job Title": "Operations Specialist", "Job Summary": "As an Operations Specialist at H&R Block, you will be responsible for performing non-systems duties such as delivering supplies and materials to offices, basic maintenance repairs, and assisting with annual set up and closing of offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Performing basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, and minor low voltage electrical work.
* Delivering, transferring, and setting up office technology.
* Delivering supplies and materials to and from tax offices.
* Assisting with the annual set up and closing of seasonal tax offices, including setting office to planogram, ensuring offices cleanliness, and meeting overall brand standards.
* Attending training required for the position.
* Confirming that the office is properly secured when leaving the office after hours.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic reading skills.
* Knowledge of Outlook and other web-based programs.
* Ability to drive a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license and adequate insurance as required by state law.
* Must be able to work independently.
