About the Role:


As a Strategic Business Consultant, you will join a dedicated Capco team, collaborating with clients in the energy and financial services domains.

Your responsibilities will encompass analysis, design, and consulting support, along with a deep understanding of our clients' strategic objectives, challenges, and project aspirations.

You will serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are meticulously gathered and effectively translated.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and assess procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
  • Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Document issues and collaborate on resolving technical defects while ensuring compatibility and user satisfaction.
  • Analyze, propose, and implement enhancements to existing business processes, reports, and applications to maximize system efficiency.
  • Assist in conducting client interviews and compiling meeting summaries.
  • Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and reports, to effectively communicate project insights.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Experience in a management or technology consulting environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with system implementation processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to ascertain business objectives through reviewing functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
  • Proficient in researching and analyzing existing requirements-gathering processes to develop enhancement strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with project stakeholders to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to review data requirements and align them with system fields.
  • Proficient in monitoring and communicating project progress through tracking activities, resolving issues, and recommending actions.
