Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Corporate & Investment Banking products and processes.
  • Proven experience in building partnerships and effectively consulting with leadership and other functional areas.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex high-priority projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to influence and establish relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience and/or a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience with JIRA and Visio.
