Your role will involve direct client interaction during creative reporting sessions, where you will lead strategic discussions aimed at driving growth for our clients' businesses. This position is fully remote, with regular internal and client meetings scheduled weekly and monthly. Initially part-time, there is significant potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on performance assessments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with media buying on major advertising platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Familiarity with content best practices across various platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating a coherent narrative to executives, team members, and clients through both written and verbal channels.
  • Able to balance long-term strategic planning with immediate results.
  • Analytical mindset paired with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and propel teams forward.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with paid media managers and email marketing specialists across multiple accounts to develop tailored content strategies for each client.
  • Act as a liaison between channels, ensuring a cohesive content approach across all marketing platforms.
  • Oversee and manage the overall content strategy to achieve client objectives through effective campaign optimization.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual creative/content reports with actionable insights based on historical performance data.
  • Conduct research and stay informed about content trends on popular social media platforms.
  • Evaluate ad performance using platform interfaces such as Meta, Klaviyo, Motion, and GA4, providing data-driven recommendations both internally and externally.
  • Identify innovative methods to meet client objectives.
  • Manage client requests, both quarterly and ad-hoc, ensuring timely completion.
  • Proactively nurture and scale client goals while exploring emerging platforms and strategic approaches.
