- Utilize knowledge of business and enterprise objectives to pinpoint needs, opportunities, solutions, and risks associated with HR programs, workforce productivity, organizational design, talent management, and diversity and inclusion.
- Evaluate and advise on the effectiveness of human capital strategies, recommend adjustments, and ensure the execution of the human capital plan aligns with business and risk objectives.
- Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to identify opportunities for influence and lead change initiatives that enhance performance at individual, team, and enterprise levels.
- Adopt the Human Resources Operating Model by proactively engaging with internal partners to positively impact outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or equivalent experience through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
- Experience in various Human Resources disciplines, particularly in supporting strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and influence at the executive level.
- Understanding of organizational design principles.
- Capability to formulate and implement business vision, strategies, and objectives.
- Proficiency in assessing issues, making swift decisions, and implementing solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify opportunities for intervention.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion consulting.
- Professionalism and integrity in interactions with all levels of employees and management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing human capital plans aligned with business goals.
- Experience in change leadership.
- Familiarity with various HR disciplines such as talent development, compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience in providing executive coaching to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional HR client support as a trusted, results-oriented leader.
- Strong consulting, influencing, and partnering skills with business executives and HR colleagues.
- Relevant experience in a large corporate HR or multi-business environment.
- Experience in succession planning, recognition, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position requires onsite presence.
