Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be tasked with marketing and selling our Growth by Design (GBD), Credit Union Vendor Management (CUVM), and Affiliates Consolidated Services (ACS) offerings to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Your role will involve:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy.
  • Coordinating promotional events for GBD, CUVM, and ACS products and services.
  • Acting as a process expert and sales consultant for both new and existing clients.
  • Identifying and recruiting new clients and markets through effective lead generation.
  • Meeting or exceeding established sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Assisting clients in identifying their needs and crafting tailored solutions from ACS offerings.
  • Securing new contracts and renewing existing agreements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all activities, including documentation and problem tracking.
  • Providing regular updates to management to aid in product and service development.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a management-related business field is preferred.
  2. 2-5 years of proven sales experience with a successful track record.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule

The standard work schedule for the Business Development Consultant position is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. Onsite presence in the office is required for a specified number of days, and moderate travel is expected, including both airline and car transportation. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
