Job Opportunity

EisnerAmper is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development team and drive sales growth. As a Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.

About the Role
  • Lead the business development team to achieve sales targets and metrics
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales pipeline and coordinate with marketing team to support sales efforts
  • Implement programs to educate service line professionals on capabilities and offerings
  • Manage sales reporting function and analyze data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience selling professional services solutions
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a national sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust and confidence with clients
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
  • Able to understand complex content and relate it to industry issues and client needs
  • Ability to travel regionally and nationally, 20% or more

The expected salary range for this position is between $250,980.00 and $450,000.00, depending on location and experience.
