Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall financial management and regulatory compliance of our organization.

About the Role:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local legal requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and executive team.
  • Monitoring and managing all aspects of the organization's cash flow.
  • Developing and maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets.
  • Preparing annual budget and forecasts and managing them accordingly.
  • Ensuring effective internal controls are in place and compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with an MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in an FQHC setting.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, UFR, UDS, and other relevant financial regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
