Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Staten Island Entertainment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Operating Officer to oversee all aspects of our organization's activities, including baseball and non-baseball business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all revenue-generating departments, including ticket sales, sponsorship sales, outside events, and marketing strategy.
  • Develop and implement revenue development and sales tracking systems.
  • Work with senior revenue staff to prospect and cultivate new sales leads.
  • Establish and track weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals in reporting systems for ownership.
  • Remain well-connected with sponsors and clients to ensure needs are being met and to encourage retention and growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of the organization beyond revenue, including marketing, community engagement, and finance oversight.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate and/or advanced degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Multiple years of management experience and a track record in developing and generating ticket, sponsorship, and outside event revenues.
  • A history of sales success and the ability to build and lead a sales-driven and customer-focused organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Experience overseeing financial reports and budgets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Disciplined self-starter and highly motivated individual.
