Technical Sales Leader, Americas

Canonical is a pioneering tech firm at the forefront of the global move to open source. We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Leader, Americas.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue from ISV customers in the Americas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Alliances, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, negotiating contracts, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with ISV customers.
