About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team at E. & J. Gallo, the largest family-owned winery in the world. As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive profitable growth of our malt products within assigned National Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Management, to analyze market trends, sales data, and forecast to identify business opportunities and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement Joint Business Plans to drive revenue and profit growth objectives, and ensure compliance with all regulatory considerations.
  • Partner with Senior Management, Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Travel regularly to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of E. & J. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 1 year of malt beverage sales experience.
  • Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable vehicle (if applicable).
  • Required to obtain Liquor License as required by state/locality.
  • Required to travel by air and automobile up to 50% during the course of business.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of Gallo winery or distributor sales or customer development experience to include a prior rotation as a Business Development Manager, Market Development Manager Sr, or Account Manager 2.
  • 1 year of malt or ready to drink beverage sales or account management experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hiring salary range: $107,800 - $161,800 / year.
  • Competitive benefits package.
