Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Flexjet. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level support to our users, handling service requests, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests via our help desk system, phone, or email
- Monitor and analyze user-reported problems to identify potential areas requiring further intervention
- Document issues and troubleshooting practices
- Setup, maintenance, and repair of PC-based computer hardware, printers, network wiring, and basic process troubleshooting
- Participate in weekly on-call support rotation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve software/hardware problems and disputes
- Review and update technical support documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science preferred
- 3-5 years of experience with hardware support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Client operating systems up to Windows 10 required
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SCCM knowledge
- ITIL knowledge
- Office 365 Administration
- Microsoft Azure knowledge
- Microsoft Intune knowledge
