Job Title: Help Desk Coordinator

At Heinen's, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Coordinator to join our IT team. As a Help Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our associates and ensuring that their technology needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and proactive responses to IT-related requests from associates.
  • Create and manage tickets, resolve issues, and forward as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other IT members to resolve customer requests.
  • Support customers with a sense of urgency and provide excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Windows.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Pleasant and courteous phone demeanor.
  • Ability to exercise critical thinking and collaborate with team members.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to cope with unexpected events.

On-Call Rotation:

The Help Desk Coordinator will be required to work an on-call rotation once every three weeks, from 5pm-6am Monday-Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. The on-call shift pay carries a pay premium in addition to the regular hourly rate.
