Desktop Support Specialist

As a Desktop Support Specialist at Saxon Global, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all computing devices are functioning properly and that any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Receive real-time dispatch notices from the Service Desk and acknowledge receipt within 10 minutes
Monitor the Service Desk Ticket queue and review it at least every 10 minutes
Perform remote diagnostics with end-users and provide necessary labor to repair or restore End-User CI to normal operations
Conduct asset validation, including end-user profile updates and End-User CI Asset Tag checks
Provide onsite support for conference End-User CIs during team meetings and major events
Requirements
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with end-users
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
