Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team at HireTalent Group. As an Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for administering our global asset management system, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient management of digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Asset Management
    • Administer and maintain our global asset management system, ensuring accurate and efficient organization of digital assets.
    • Develop and implement procedures for asset workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external teams.
    • Identify and implement process changes to optimize workflow and improve asset management.
    • Manage access rights and permissions within the asset management system for all users.
    • Provide regular updates to users on new asset uploads and system statistics.
  • Photo Shoots and Retouching
    • Collaborate with photo shoot and retouching teams to ensure consistent file management from capture to final upload.
    • Develop and maintain digital tech guidelines, communicate with digital technicians, and arrange hard drive returns from shoots.
  • Retouching and Vendor Management
    • Create and maintain a retouching review calendar for business partners.
    • Traffic image assets for print and digital creative assets, meeting stakeholder expectations and deadlines.
    • Manage direct contact with art directors, creative teams, and retouching partners for effective communication and feedback.
    • Cross-check review mark-ups and feedback, ensuring final approvals before posting files.
    • Manage budgets, open POs, and reconcile vendor invoices for retouching.
    Requirements
    • 3-5 years of experience in project and digital asset management.
    • Knowledge of retouching processes and creative production backgrounds preferred.
    • Experience working with retouching vendors and creative teams.
    • Ability to troubleshoot image files and manage vendor relationships.
    • Strong decision-making, troubleshooting, negotiating, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment.
