Job Responsibilities
Recooty is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives for both full-time and part-time roles. The organization provides attractive compensation packages along with benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
2. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
3. Engage with customers and suppliers through multiple communication channels.
4. Address customer inquiries promptly and assess the effectiveness of the customer service process.
5. Recognize and resolve customer grievances effectively.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver outstanding support.

Compensation:
$18.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on performance and experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to remain composed in stressful situations.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management.
- Strong customer focus with adaptability to various personalities.
- Capability to achieve set goals and targets.
- Positive, service-oriented mindset.
