PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Facilitate customer transactions efficiently
  • Create customer tickets, estimates, and order confirmations
  • Ensure precise entry of tickets, estimates, and tailored products
  • Confirm product details, quantities, and pricing for all orders
  • Deliver daily support to customers
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and requests diligently
  • Maintain and update customer records systematically
  • Assist potential customers with their inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Document all customer complaints in a detailed log
  • Collaborate with management to formulate corrective actions based on customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for customer service: A strong desire to assist both internal and external customers, regardless of the issue's size. Commitment to supporting customers throughout their entire journey.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent analytical abilities: A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, capable of addressing practical challenges and navigating various concrete variables.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal): Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and maintain high standards in all forms of communication. Capable of preparing and presenting information to a diverse audience, including customers and management.
