As a Customer Support Associate at Divergent Marketing Solutions, you will engage in a range of activities designed to enhance customer satisfaction and assist our sales and acquisitions division. Below is a comprehensive outline of your responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Facilitate customer transactions efficiently
- Create customer tickets, estimates, and order confirmations
- Ensure precise entry of tickets, estimates, and tailored products
- Confirm product details, quantities, and pricing for all orders
- Deliver daily support to customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries and requests diligently
- Maintain and update customer records systematically
- Assist potential customers with their inquiries
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Document all customer complaints in a detailed log
- Collaborate with management to formulate corrective actions based on customer feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service: A strong desire to assist both internal and external customers, regardless of the issue's size. Commitment to supporting customers throughout their entire journey.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent analytical abilities: A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, capable of addressing practical challenges and navigating various concrete variables.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal): Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and maintain high standards in all forms of communication. Capable of preparing and presenting information to a diverse audience, including customers and management.
