Job Overview

Position: Customer Service Associate (Seasonal)

Classification: Non-exempt, Temporary Full-time or Part-Time

Compensation: $20-$22, based on experience

Reporting To: Channel Sales Supervisor

Work Environment: Office setting

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Customer Service Associate include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the Sales & Customer Service Team with various projects related to Corporate and Online sales.
  • Responding to and following up on customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Identifying and resolving customer service and sales-related issues.
  • Processing orders received through online and telephone channels.
  • Addressing shipping concerns to guarantee timely and safe delivery.
  • Coordinating special requests, updates, or last-minute modifications to orders.
  • Supporting the creation of marketing materials and other reproduction tasks.
  • Welcoming visitors to the office and aiding customers with their orders.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or order processing role.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable and punctual; must adhere to the established schedule.
  • Ability to work the following schedule:
    • Full-time: 40 hours per week, including weekdays and some weekends.
    • Part-time: 20-30 hours per week, with preferred availability on weekdays and weekends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting shipping issues with carriers is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
